TARIFF:
Prices are inclusive of Sales Tax, all bed
linen, bath towels, towels for the pool, hand towels, tea towels, hot water,
heating, air conditioning & lighting.
NO SMOKING PLEASE - small pet friendly
PAYMENT:
A $150 booking fee is required to reserve Oak Hill Villa, with the balance due prior to
the start of your vacation. We can accept payment from all major Credit Cards - If you have to cancel, you will be
liable for the total cost of the booking unless we can re-let to
somebody else. We advise you to take out holiday insurance. Bookings only become effective once we have
confirmed.
VILLA
AVAILABILITY: If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood,
hurricane, storm etc.), the villa becomes unavailable for letting before you
arrive, the booking will be treated as cancelled and we will refund any monies
already paid but we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any other
liability or compensation.
ARRIVAL
& DEPARTURE: In order to make sure the villa is of the highest
standard for each visitor check out time is 11am and the villa can then be
sparkling for your arrival anytime after 4pm. Please leave the villa tidy and
clean.
NUMBER
OF GUESTS: Please indicate on the booking form how many adults and
children will be staying in the villa. Only that number may stay in the
villa.
DAMAGE
TO PROPERTY: We would be grateful if any breakages or damage be
reported at once to us so that the item can be repaired or
replaced. It may be necessary for the guest to be held liable for the payment
of any replacement or repair.
LIABILITY:
Whilst we have taken great care to ensure that all the information and
particulars concerning the villa are correct we cannot be held liable in
respect of changes or alterations made in the general course of things. Guests
using the villa, grounds, pool, BBQ, bicycles and facilities do so entirely at
their own risk and we will not be liable for loss, injury or death unless this
is caused by our negligence or unless limitation of liability is prohibited by
